Due to the nature of the product, all products are final sale (non-refundable).

All products are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment. In the event that a product received is defective, we will exchange the product for the same style at no additional cost. We must be notified of the defective product within 2 business days of receiving the product for an exchange. The defective product must be returned its in original condition & packaging (unused with all seals intact), otherwise the item will not be eligible for an exchange.
